Privacy Policy

This is a starting draft written for a small, early-stage product — not reviewed by a lawyer. It should get real legal review before this product is offered to the public for money, given the sensitive data categories described below.

What we collect

Your resume content and contact information (name, email, phone, location), your job search preferences, and — critically — your own answers to job-application screening questions. Some of those questions ask for sensitive information: immigration/visa status, criminal history, disability status, and demographic EEO data (race, gender, veteran status). We only store what you explicitly provide as verified answers; we never guess or fabricate answers to these questions.

How we use it

Solely to discover, score, tailor resumes for, and (with your review and control) submit job applications on your own behalf. Your data is never used to train models, sold, or shared with any third party except the employer/ATS platform you are actually applying to.

Data sharing

Your resume and application answers are sent only to the specific employer application forms you approve. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Your controls

Every new account starts in dry-run mode — nothing is ever submitted until you explicitly review dry-run results and opt in.
You can pause all automation at any time.
You can delete individual answers, and can request full account and data deletion at any time.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable backup window, so you can review your application history.
